Testimonial "Kjeld Van Der Heijden"
I just wanted to thank Mike Smith for his educative lessons. We sat down for a 4 hour long one2one based lesson/tutorial over Skype and I was amazed of how much I learned in these few hours. I received lot's of information on the "How's" but also the "Why's" while working on certain subjects and parameters in a project. Doing this one2one based, in comparison with a tutorial on for example YouTube or a book on music production etc, was very useful to me as it made me understand the dynamics of parameters on VST's, the Mixer, and many others.
It is always nice to watch tutorials and read articles about music production. However, theoretical information is not enough. Thanks to Mike, I now understand a lot more of those theoretics by having put them in to 'proper' practice. Yesterday was my first lesson and I plan to have many more, and I can really advise everyone to do the same. It has been a real pleasure, and I am looking forward to our next one2one tutorial/lesson. Thank you Mike!
